Good to know before you claim a plot
Is this a monthly price or a package total?
Monthly shows the price for one subscription month. The 3-month, 6-month and annual options show the complete proposed package price.
The monthly equivalent and per-bag cost are comparisons, not extra charges. Longer packages are currently for review; enrollment is paused.
How many bags will I receive?
The proposed package includes four scheduled weekly deliveries per subscription month, with one bag per delivery.
That means 4, 12, 24 or 48 bags for monthly, 3-month, 6-month or annual plans. See the published cards for current bag targets. Farm capacity and delivery dates still need confirmation.
Can I choose my vegetables?
Active members with an assigned plot can choose available vegetables for the next open Summer or Winter season in Account → Harvest.
Half Plot allows up to 10 selections; Full Plot allows up to 15. Allocate in 5% steps to total 100%, and submit before the season’s cutoff. Choices depend on seasonal availability.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
You can send a pause, resume or cancellation request from your account.
Support confirms the available options and effective date. Submitting a request does not immediately change billing or deliveries. Online upgrades and downgrades are currently unavailable.
Does a plot plan guarantee the same harvest each week?
Harvest depends on your crops, their readiness and seasonal conditions.
